So I did another car show over the weekend and while I was there I of course looked around. My car was parked right behind a few pro street guys and their vehicles. One in particular had some very nice panels covering up all the hoses and wires down the fenders. So I decided to snag the idea and apply it to the B. Here's a pic of the panels I made before paint.

Yes they are wood, but they are not going to be permanently installed. I'm only going to be putting them in there when I do shows. Later I might pattern them out and make them with a more permanent material.

And yes, they will be painted to match the car.

Hey, I've seen you around at the grocery stores. We gotta eat!

I said hey very briefly a few months back at the Shop and Save, I mentioned I was replacing my TRD wheels. Here's what I ended up with.

Your car is looking nice. I'm interested in how that S/C works out. I keep eyeing turbos...

Wassup dude! I remember that day LOL. The B is lookin great man. I just saw and hung out with some guys from Stlscion on Sunday at a show in Waterloo. Yeah I'm anxious to get started on my supercharger as well. I also am sitting on a on off body kit and a new wing too. Just waiting on some shop time.

So I've got a little down time still waiting on some shop time which is perfectly fine with me. This allows me to work on some other mods like this...

my new gauge cluster

now this is obviously the unfinished product. I'll probably finish it up sometime today.

got her all waxed up too for this weekend to do some cruising.

Peel those stickers ASAP (unless they're sponsors of course ) and your box will look a lot better.

BTW, pulling the A-Pillar tape will also look a lot better!

I'm liking the gold wheels on Stingray Metallic.

Sorry dude the stickers are staying one way or another. The overall theme for the car is a "time attack" look and with the addition of the performance parts I'm adding hopefully I get a little of the feel too lol. I will be pulling the a-pillar tape once the B hits the paint booth tho.

Thanks for the good word on the cluster. I along with the shop feel that it's gonna turn out pretty cool too once it is finished. Still fumbling around with ideas for the rest of the interior too. Nothing over the top, just clean and different hopefully.

Thanks guys! Those panels will be painted the same as the car and because they are made of ply they can easily be adjusted accordingly. I'm only going to be putting them in for show but after I get them into the final shape I will be converting them over to sheetmetal to be permanent. Yes they will be available for sale once finished .

The flat black graphic on the bumper and hood is vinyl. Just a temporary thing until she gets painted.

Ok let's see here... If you are interested in getting the panels I have created or the gauge cluster PM me.

If I get a few people that want them I will make a few to sell. I still have to settle on prices for them but they probably wont be too pricey
