Although i have yet to see it in any print, my sources tell me that the SC will be availible.
If you go by the pics of the 5 Axis xB and the fact that it is the tC engine, that should also be a +.

If I remember right, people with the blitz sc on the current xb are noticing a drop from 28-30 down to 23-25mpg.
