Default Weight of the xB?

Since I am adding extra poundage from my subs should I get stronget suspension so I don't mess up the alignment ?

you would only have to do that if you plan to frequently go beyond your gross vehicle weight, which is the maximum allowable weight your vehicle can handle.

so figure out what your gross vehicle weight is (GVWR i think) and determine the weight of your equipment, and the weight of your occupants (obviously the driver) and passengers, other cargo and whatnot.

so if your going beyond that, you might need some better suspension to help maintain ride handling, which i guess you would need adjustible coil-overs with adjustible dampening and ride height, or you could do air bags, or hydralyics.

also, more weight means longer stoping distances, so beef up your brakes and tires too.

Yeah, I think the 1st Gen xB was rated at like 800 pounds for the maximum amount of weight it could carry.
So four people weighting 200 pounds a piece essentially.

The new xB with the bigger engine and probably stronger frame should be the same or greater than the 1st Gen.
