I'd rather see those LED's than underglow any day.

The thing is, underglows are only going to be on when you turn them on at shows(unless for some crazy reason you wired them to the driving lights). Those are going to be on anytime the running lights are on(with his current wiring anyways) and you will probably get pulled over for them. I think they have a clean look to them, but are too much to have on anytime I would have my lights on. I have an underbody kit solely for shows at night, and would probably do lighting like this for the same reason. Either way, props on a clean install.

You are not supposed to have any lighting that is not "white" or amber to the front of the vehicle, and the cops almost always argue that white led's have a blue tint to them, because they do. I had lighting on a previous car that was similar and got pulled over for them. This will/can vary depending on where you live of course. Also, if it's from the factory, like Audi, then of course it's ok. Messed up logic, but that's the law for you. It's just like HID's, whether you have a drop in kit or an expensive retrofit, unless they came on the car from the factory they are technically illegal. All depends on the cops and your area.

im a cop in utah. I like the look of those leds a ton, and to be honest, I'd have to see it drive by to even be able to tell if it's stoppable. Always best to wire any questionable lighting seperate from you main stuff, especially if it's a daily driver. you can't have more then 4 forward facing lights in utah, and now you have like 10, lol.

re: randode
I placed an order recently and it took a while to get, but I did get it a couple days ago. Emails went unanswered.

I would recommend going with the superflux leds! They are a lot brighter than the standard ones.

I've had some bad luck with randode. Only thing I've gotten that worked was the promo sticker...
