WHATS UP XB USERS???
Hey everyone!!!
New to the forum and new to scion. I just traded in my baby 2006 f150 and have always been a truck guy for a 2012 scion xb. I'll be honest was very ehhhh on buying it but now starting to love it. I'm going to be exploring this site all day while at work but if anyone feels there are must reads please post it on this thread for me to read.
Some things I'm wondering right off the bat.
Are there any clubs in the south west area of florida? I'm about 30mins from Tampa, FL.
Towing I see in the manual they don't advise it?
Must needed mods?
Also I have the stingray metallic color and can't think of a theme I want to go with? Any ideas throw them this way.

Looks like dropping the pop tart will be my first mod. I've been looking around and see mostly people are using:
TRD's 1.5" drop
Eibach Sportlines
Hi Techs
Df210's
Anyone let me know pro's and con's to these along with which is preferred or if you know of others let me know please.

Indeed, Americans have an amazing propensity to sue manufacturers if they have any problem whatsoever, it doesn't matter if they left their brains in neutral while making the personal choice.
Our personal opportunity is to actually engage our brains and make towing choices based on real information and personal responsibility. Outside of the USA, the xB is rated as capable of 1100 lbs tow, with 10 to 20% off that on the hitch tongue. However, if you're incapable of accepting personal responsibility of your tow choices, then absolutely don't install a hitch. Towing requires a brain, it's not clear most American drivers have one.
