They do appear to be of decent quality. I know if I were to get some, I'd probably run those until I got the cash for the Rumion units, or the Japanese aftermarket came out with something cooler. :D
I think drewsxb08 are knock offs & I was asking what vendor he got it from cause there are several on ebay. I am not about to spend hundreds on "authentic" ones, I would rather spend my money on things that actually matter like springs or sway bars. thnx though

I agree. I just want something to allow me to park with my windows an inch open to keep the car the same if not a slight bit more than the outside temp and not let any water in or look like its open.

Speed-Element is the manufacturer of the "knock-offs", to my knowledge.

I wasn't knocking them! I've been actually looking at possibly getting some! I don't want to drop the $250+ for the gen-u-wine ones, either!

i dont know if this has been mentioned before, but there are 2 knockoffs of the Rumion visors...the ssuperstore one and the speedelement. I tried on both and the speedelement's fitment was not that great. Also, if you have both products on hand, you can tell the difference in shape. The ssuperstore one "pops" out more, whereas the speedelement ones are more flat-like.

I definitly recommed the ssuperstore ones (i think the ebay name is scion sport or scion fx)

Fitment is almost dead on, no "rattles" on high speeds, better looking, basically an exact copy of the rumion visors without the price tag. The speed element ones were more narrow, a type of flat color, and fitment was pretty bad.

The chrome trim looks nice on your car. I like how your vent is lower at top where mines is the same.

hmm I was always told to go with the in channel ones, cause the 3m tape one fall off... I might have to rethink this, cause I LIKE DREW'S box.. they look sick on there....

I have a set of slightly used original Weather Tech in channel. I put them on my XB then after a couple of weeks I decided I didn't want them any more. They are in excellent condition $65 shipped

I went for the weatherTech ones... I have had them on my last car and those things are BUILT TO LAST!!! I got the floormats too...they just make great quality sutff, hence the pricetag, lol...but its worth it... and those stick on ones usually look a lot tackier than the in-channel
