He found the force, and traded in his tC for an xB2, which he has modded and changed wheels out 2-3 times already, as well as going from springs to coilovers, so he definitely belongs here and has positive input.

You'll be surprised how awful that little piece could look if it's not a perfect match. js

I stuck with a black plastic plug from the hardware section in Home Depot. Less than $5 in the hardware section and just used squeeze tube silicon sealant. The plug is 1" on the outside (end cap). The inside is less than 1" and slightly smaller than the hole but when you use the sealant, it sticks and plugs well. It looks similar to the picture below.

Here's a picture with it on.

It could present room for a backup camera setup.

Remember, odd is key with our car. That's why we bought our cars. Its different.

You guys must not live in really rainy areas.

When it rains really hard where I live (and it's common), it's impossible to see when switching into reverse. This little travesty is preventing me from plugging my rear wiper.

We had this "argument" a couple of pages back.
It's pretty easy to see through that rear windshield especially since it's completely vertical, if you can't back up with some drops on your window then there's a good chance that the driving instructor was too generous with you.

This is not just for you Pyro.
I understand that the wiper is there for a reason but there's TONS of other makes of vehicles that are not sporting one and their windshields are on a 50degree angle.

Nice butt Cracker (no homo)

Did mine about 2 months ago. Looks a lot cleaner. Got my plug in a pack of four and used emblem adhesive to seal it . Nice cheap mod!!!

In Jacksonville, it just rains REALLY hard typically 70% of the time. And I mean so hard that you can't see behind you unless you have a wiper. I used to have an Acura with a sloped back windshield and it was STILL damn hard to see, even with the RainX treatment. lol And that Acura Legend didn't have a back windshield wiper, so I only ran over a few people from time to time.

DoughBoy can tell you about his own experiences, because he lives here in Jacksonville, too

@scion619: Total win! That looks awesome.
