Wife got home last night, running fine and no warning lights. Just turning over this morning.

Going to check out when I get home from work, any idea of good places to start?

 

Usual stuff. Check for fuel and spark. Possibly a bad coil pack but they tend to give more warning than that.

 

Thats what I was thinking. Gonna double check battery since I am going of her description. Check fuel pump fuse, etc...

 

I think it may be the fuel pump. When have always reset the tire press system and left it in run for a few minutes like the manual says, I always here a humming/whirring. Am not hearing that at all.

 

I finally punted and got a free tow to a scion dealer for a $50 diagnostic. It was some relay block on the car I probably never would have found. Part of it lost power and it contained 4 or 5 relays, a couple of which were more EFI stuff...

So, $350 later it will be fixed (most of that is relay block). Should get back tomorrow, of course it is a special order part...
