Bump stops on Tokico struts
Have you ever heard of a suspension shop leaving out the bump stops on an install? I went to see if they cut the the proper amount and there are none I haven't felt it bottom or had a big g out or anything but just seems odd to me. Should I be woried or just let it go? They also left the little rubber cap thingies off of the top of the struts. That's messed up too. IMO

You need those bump stops to protect the shock from internal damage. If they bottom out, even momentarily, the rod will travel all the way down and damage the strut and next thing you know is you have a blown strut. riding stock height you might be able to get away with it, but having lowering springs you have just changed the whole geometry of the strut. see example picture

Update, Emailed Tokico twice and no response, trying to ask about fitment for rear on 2010 xb. Nothing, what the ? Guess they don't want to sell shocks to us.They have some coil overs that looked sweet too. Guess not buying them.
