I Have no issues with my controller. other than is being a little touchy with height adjustment, but thats just a heavy finger on my part.
sorry to hear that, I dont know if I could get used to a manual system. I guess Id have to see one in person to see for myself.

Steve is not from Easystreet he is Scionpro.
Marshall did you install the controller, did the customer or did another company? If you did not install it, are you sure it is installed properly? How old is it?
What did they have you do to try and fix it?
I can answer my own questions now..... you have to listen to Jeremy on this. Something is not hooked up right from when you extended the wires. Take him up on the new unit. He is going above and beyond to help you. Also do it for this reason, if you install the new unit without lengthening the wires and it still does not work then you are right the unit is crap. If it is installed properly and works then you can figure out what caused the problem.

Its nto my uniit its a customers one..
there wasa huge debate on VIPstyle cars about this unit.. and i explained everything there already..
but i know i didnt cross anywires wheni made them longer.. becuase every thing worked right except the auto side of it.. and the display goingon the blink..
I dont know what the customer did as far as taking the new unit but there is no way he can use it if the wires are not made longer.. becuase the whole set up is under the car.. the wire that had to be extended was teh sensor wires.. and no i didnt use but connectors, i soldered and heat shrinked it..
Kind of strange on why the valve wires were made so long when the sensors are normally mounted on the valves.. those valve wires were way to long and had way more wire need to run outside of the car.. IMO some of that wire could have been used to make the sensor wires the same legnth.
I dont think I'll be even installing that unit back becuase there another person in Hawaii that had the same problems and also extended his wires was sent anouther unit and it was installed with out extending the wires and it still didnt work.. had the same issues. and the brain fried again. so they sent him anouther one again that he has yet to try to install... so from that already i know I didnt mess up anything and the unit isnt what it supposed to live up to. IT works fine in Manual but what the sence.. I know what luck that 2 people in Hawaii
in auto preset mode you still had to go in to level it manually .. if you set it to 100psi it should set to 100psi all the time not once in 10 times. some times it just did nothing..
so i think the ower of the unit is just going to sell it on ebay and let someone else try there luck..
IMO all this fancy stuffs not worth all the trouble when something goes worng.. it controls everything and that unit goes bad your more than screwed.. on top of that you still have to press a button to get to your presets.. you do all the same motions that you have to do if you had swtiches.
SO im not here to tell anyone dont buy it.. just trying to see if anyone here has it working right.. and what happend in my case.. and hope this topic help those decide if there looking into a controller..
I thank jermy for trying to clear up the issues here in Hawaii but maybe the weather or something just isnt right for this unit in HAwaii. afteer all i know he went above and beyond sending new units even though we cut the wires..
but even when not cutting the wires it didnt work out.. who knows maybe 1 out of 10 units there is one good unit,

That is the feedback needed. When you say extended the wires you are talking the wire from the transducer to the brain and not the brain to the display?
Two more things to ask about, the power source was an accessory lead and not a constant power lead? Also the valves were grounded via the wiring harness and not to the chassis? I wonder if the valves ground out on the chassis and are shorting the system out?
I have not heard of issues on these for a long time, but I would like to look into it.
If anyone has had problems let me know.

i didnt take any short cuts. all the wires were hooked up how they were supposed to every wire was hooked up wher it supposed to like the instuctions asked to.
wires from transducer "valve" were extended. the control display were were not touched. funny thing is why the hell was the wire for the tansducer for the tank pressure so long..
Power source was straight to the batt.
I did everything jermy told me to do when setting up preset took out any throttle vaves on lines and muffler on exh.
I did my home work on this before i set everything up and spoke with jermy at airlift.
Turst me there was a huge debate on extending the wires on VIPstylecars.. from length of the wire that i had extended it to, to the solder i used wasnt a good connection.
IF the trnasducer wire were supposed to be a certain lengnth than why was the one for the tank pressure.
my opinion is that those wires how they set it up makes no sence like how i stated in my last post..
I appreciate your helpfullness
I have made my concusion to this that this set up isnt worth the money and the head achs.. and my customer is moving on with good old trusty swtiches and a dakota gauge.

I think the answer may be in that it had a constant power source. I know that should not be a problem but it says in the instructions to make sure it is an accessory power source and not a constant or the display can fail.
Thanks for the info on this. Wonder if your customer would ship the unit to me or Jeremy for some research.
