take the approaches and departures at an angle very slowly.
one of the worst places i have to drive out of is a bmw/porsche/audi dealership. if a tc on the trd drop has problems not scraping on the way out, i can only imagine how ____ed the owners of 50 to 200,000 dollar german sports cars feel about it.

x2 on the angle and slow departure/approaches.
Now potholes, that's a different animal. I've usually tried to drive over them completely. So both wheels go along the sides of it. I've driven body dropped trucks and trucks with no suspension prior to my xB2 and have always had luck doing this.
Nothing worse than fudging up your freshly painted truck with potholes.
