I did get them off ebay, but i did some research on them before i bought them. all together i paid around 150. Somewhere else they were listing for like 180 and up. So i figured whats the 30-40 dollar difference

are you a cruizer or a sprint driver? if for most part your cruising not driving aggresively then i think that'll be ok maybe but definetly don't speed around corners too much it wont be safe at all and is it 150 shipped or not including shipping?

aw man u shoulda jus saved ur money up a bit more he may have great feedback but "jdm loweirng springs" no name brand no nothing has never had R&D and chances are after a couple of thousand miles it will show any bump pothole etc.. u can crack a spring anything really jus bc there was no research and development on that noname spring. he may have good feedback bc people left them as soon as they installed and got the part but thats before people actually had them for 5 10 15 thousand miles and then realize how bad it was. i wish u the best of luck and if u have a link to the spring post it up maybe so we can check it out

Dude seriously be careful with those. I almost bought them a while back but was really iffy. I was afraid to put something like that on my car, a blown spring is no joke. For another $80-100 you could of had Tanabe or Hotchkis springs which are reliable brands. Best of luck and let us know how it works out...

over half the products recommended on this site from other users are from companies with absolutely zero R&D... With springs you want to make sure the materials are up to par, otherwise most springs are pretty much the same, some have different tolerances and rebound characteristics but anything in this price range will be pretty much the same. you get what you pay for.....

ATxB, I tried these cheapo ebay springs before and they weren't bad at all... but I suspect you'll want to drop the rear's a bit more than what they will allow you. I went ahead and cut about half a coil off the rear to get the car to level out lower. If I were to do it again, I'd go 3/4 of a coil for a good drop. These are just springs, remember it wont mean you can run around and take corners at will. The longevity of these springs have not been tested but since their materials are on par w/ X and Y brands mentioned previously... I suspect you'll get decent lifespan out of them. You're shocks will be the first to go.

Get a refund and buy quality lowering springs. Suspension mods are something you do not want to cheap out on.

Springs are springs. Brand name is just a brand name. You take TRD or hotchkins springs, take the name off them and sell them no one is gonna want them. just because of the brand name. Ya they may be knock offs but no one is going to sell springs for a car that may cause a wreck or them breaking....they run to much for that risk..

Your right Go_HIN, i do get what i pay for but for a guy on a budget this is what i could get, im happy with them. Ive had plenty of experience with lowering vehicles and jacking up vehicles. ive worked on cars since i was like 10.

but again i will let yall know how this turns out and pics will follow. Thanks for everyones input and everything

umm all these companies do R&D Tein,Hotchkis,Tanabe etc. thats y they get other peoples cars and use them as testing.

u do get what u pay for and springs arent jus springs. there made with different materials ebay knockoffs are sold cheap bc of the materials they use but jus becareful i know ur on a budget and sh*t but suspension stuff is not sumthing u should go cheap with. jus take it easy with it and let us know how it goes thats all

When I talk about R&D I talk about actually performance research... not just testing to see if these fit and / or to report how low they will lower the vehicles car so they can put those #'s in their catalogs. No, when I talk about R&D i mean really maximizing vehicle applications and actually using test facilities information on a dyno test bed.

like mentioned before, you'd be surprised what brands got rebranded and marked up for it.... so like i said, in this price range... ehhhh doable....
