A little Question

After talking to the dealer and them not being absolutly sure i am turning the family!! If i install Df210's on my xb would this void the warranty or not. Like i said above i have called both dealers in Tucson and one says no and the other is not completely sure on it?

No, it should not void your warranty.

Per Magnussen's Law, in order for the dealer to void your warranty, they must prove that the performance part has caused your car to malfunction.

I suggest you have your springs professionally installed to prevent any mishaps.

Can they void your warranty, no. Can they deny warranty repair, yes. They really shouldn't because they have to prove the aftermarket caused it like stated above.
