Default Recommendations on Building A Complete Setup around DF210's!

I've made up my mind! I want DF210's, and I don't want to do half and have blown shocks down the line. I have liked Tokico's for a long time, and was wondering where to buy everything I need (any site recommendations?) and whether or not I need camber kits, strut bars... I have a '08 Auto.

You don't need new dampers unless your current ones are worn out. The NF210s are fine on stock ones, so the DF210s should be the same since they're basically the same spring rate as the NF210s (but DF210s are softer in front). You don't need to buy anything else, but you'll need an alignment.

No need for strut/shock changes at all? What about a camber kit?

I'm thinking about Hotchkis stabilizer bars since everyone says they are nice.

Any recommendations for strut bars?

Ok so I went nuts. DF210's, Tokico Shocks, Tanabe Strut Tower Brace and Front Under Brace, and Hotchkis Anti-Sway Kit. Suspension is important to me... going cheap has screwed me over in the past so here goes nothin!

Suspension is important in what sense? If you want handling, then DF210s aren't the best.

I'm not really looking for super performance and handling, I want nice lowering

And in the past I've gone with cheapo brands. I just decided to go with known parts this time, and hopefully everything will look and drive nicely!

For nice lowering, all you really need are the springs themselves.

with previous cars when I dind't go w/ full coilover replacements I got away with "Name your brand" springs and then usually ordered Tokico yellows or Bilstein shocks from RockAuto. They've usually had pretty good prices. If all you want is to lower your car just stick w/ springs on stock shocks.... you'll blow eventually and when you do just install aftermarket shocks, the xB is really easy install for shocks so take your time.

^^^^^^Looks like an excuse to me

My xB is bagged and I drive it daily and everywhere. 27K trouble free miles so far.

Well I ordered everything and I'm just playing the waiting game for my new toys now. I also got some 17" XXR 507's today. I think that's big enough for me if I'm going to be venturing to mountains. deserts. forests, and beaches
