There are actually 2 diff model springs, the NF series which lowers 1.0/1.7" and the DF series which lowers 1.7/2.1 . I just got off the phone with Tanabe and the springs are arriving early next week. Im going to preorder the springs so that I can get some of this first batch. I cant wait to drop the car, because I just purchased some SSR's and it doesnt look right being so high up. Ill try to post pics when theyre installed.

You guys posted the spring rates of the new Tanabe springs. How do, say, the NF rates (2.6kg/mm all around) compare with the stock springs?

Any lowering spring is going to run harsher than OEM, because there is less suspension travel and higher spring rates. But the NF is a moderate drop, focused on max comfort.

I am totally fine with that, I want to know how much stiffer they are to have an idea of the handling difference. It will still ride better than my Fiero (Poly bushings, 8.0 kg/mm springs, 32mm solid swaybars, and it weighs 2700#)

But 2.6 kg/mm means nothing without the stock numbers to compare it to. I also want an idea of the additional work I would be putting the stock shocks/struts through. If your want, PM me the stock rates.

I quietly state my stance on things. I started a whole thread on springs and have contributed to many a suspension thread. I usually ask for info on many threads. You happen to get to threads first and be vocal.
Can't we all just get along? lol

Anyone know a place online that has them listed yet? Unfortunately there isn't a place anywhere near me that I could order them from. I only found one site that shows the 08+ xb springs but they still say not available. Guess I can just email them. Thanks.

I just contacted someone from Tanabe's website they have listed for dealers, gave them the part # and they called Tanabe and ordered them up.

Tanabe...darn!! I was hoping to pick mine up today and install tomorrow and give my review. Looks like Empower where I ordered them didn't receive them today
