Default 18X8.5 w/+37 or +32 offset......

and a 225/40/18 tire and TRD springs. Which one will work with no rubbing(inside fender liner, fender rubbing,etc....). I want it as flush to panels but not sticking out. Buying a 2010 to replace my 2006 Xb. Thanks, Steve

you probably want 37 if your worried about rubbing, however. I personally would get 32. You sacrifice looks for convenience if you get 37. But I think you should be fine if your just getting 225 tires. 235-255 will definitely cause rubbing issues.

18x8.5 +37 will be flush up front, and sit back just a little bit in the rear.

Thanks for the replies! I think I'll get +37 and run a 5mm spacer in back.

I'm not trying to start a fight here, but your specs & picture are not on a 2nd-gen xB. I've seen 17x9 +35 on a 2nd-gen, and the front wheel lips poked out about 3/8" past flush in the front.

Here are pictures of NoLimitz' xB. He has 19x8.5" fronts and 19x9.5" rears that are all +38 offset.

On TRD springs, with 18x8.5 +37 and 225/40 tires, you should be able to run 10mm rear spacers to match the front for flush and not have any rubbing problems.

hahahah my bad, im so used to only posting in the tC threads that and i saw Domo and he has a tC and the OP doesnt have any car listed, my bad..... on that note

looking at Nolimitz xB i would still go lower then 32 his looks kinda weak imo i would do +22 or anything around there or possibly even lower then that, just add a little stretch to the tires and go all out. weak wheels suck.
