Those MB Speeds will look great on BCM, what size are you looking at, and what size tires are you planning on running?
17x8 +46
18x7.5 +48
18x8.5 +45
Are you dropped yet?

what do I look for in size as to have them flush with the fenders, but not rubbing when I hit bumps and the like? I really like this look

I can't see the pic you've posted cause I'm at work.

To get wheels closer to being flush with the fenders, you have to go with a lower offset. Stock offset is 45. From the sizes for that wheel that Cionide posted, none of them are going to be flush. The 8.5" might be close, but I don't think it will do it.

Another method is to use spacers between the wheels and the hub to push the wheel out more. You'll have to get longer lug studs if you use spacers.

As for rubbing, the two biggest variables to that are tire size and wheel offset. Although with a TRD drop and 18's, I don't think you'll ever rub. Unless you get tires with a massive sidewall.

Oh and Gold or Bronze wheels on BCM is excellent. That's what I plan on doing, if I ever decide what wheels I want.

Those 17's look really good! I think the reason they don't look too small is the fact that they're all bronze (no machined or polished lip), as well as the way you filled in the tire to fender gap with those tall 215/55 tires.
