lug nuts
Im using these extended lugnuts from Zerg Industries. pretty sicc.. they have removable end caps, so you switch from close end lugnut to an open end.

I've been looking for some lug nuts, preferably extended and black. However most are open ended, which I'm kind of iffy about because of salt on the roads and things like that.
To all: Keep in mind that the oem wheel studs are short and may require extended shank lug nuts (ET) with certain aftermarket wheels. Whatever you do, DO NO try to install any size spacers without longer studs.
If you can get 8 full turns on each wheel nut, you have adequate thread engagement. Less than 8 turns and you should use ET style nuts. With my MSW wheels I only had 7 turns so for safety sake I'm running Gorilla ET nuts.

Anyone know of any reasonably priced extended studs, perchance? I'm considering Ichiba's, and ARP's are too expensive for what I need them for. I've read that the EVO lug studs will fit with Scions.
According to Dorman our oem studs are; Thread; M12-1.5; Knurl Dia.: 14.20mm; Length: 40mm; Shoulder Length: 8mm (#610-266)
They also make 44.1mm long studs with a shoulder length of 17mm (610-462) that should work fine. Just make sure that the longer shoulder won't be a problem with steelies or the temp spare.
For use with spacers they have 610-463 which are 55mm long with a 26.6mm shoulder. Again the shoulder length could be an issue but if any of these work for you, they only cost about $1 each.

Where are you finding them for $1 each!? I found them on Summit and some other spots for about $2 apiece.
Actually I think the ones without the shoulder would be better...

The 17mm shoulder would be fine for alloys with conical seat lugs but to use the 26.6mm shoulder studs would require a 10-15mm spacer. If using spacers, the longer shoulder studs would be stronger.
Pulled the trigger on the Dorman 55mm ones... we'll see how they work. Going to run 10mm spacers. Probably a little overkill, but I eventually want to run 15mm. Just going to 'borrow' my buddy's 10mms.
