Would I have any issues running DF210 with stock 16'' alloys on the o8 xb. Also would I be able to upgrade later to 18's without issues

All good to go both with 16" Toyota/Scion alloys now, and 18's later on down the road.

When you move up to 18's, you'll just need to get the right wheel width, offset, and tire size that will not cause rubbing problems with the DF springs. I can help you with that when you're ready.
