Default Need help. Rim fitting

I had a question on rim size Im looking to buy some rims off my buddy they are konig lace 18x9.5 with a -38 offset tires are 245/40/18 zr's I was wondering these would fit without rubbing with the trd lowering kit? Any help would be much appreciated thanks. I have a 2010 scion xb

Not with a -38mm offset. +38mm probably. But no way in hell negatives without a lot of work.
