Default Powdercoat TRD 19's in flat black

folks..
Anybody has an idea of how much it would take to powercoat the TRD's? Also what should the procedure be? any recommendations in the NY-NJ-CT area on shops that would do it?
The lip of one of my rims is pretty much messed up with some rust?? the dealership is pretty sure that its debris damage which I dont think is the case.

I had my wheels powder-coated. first you have to have them media blasted to get all the stuff off. Then they usually have a powder-coater if there a good shop. I paid 240$ to have my wheels blasted and then powder-coated. I don't think you can actually choose the finish. I think you can choose the color but not how the finish will turn out.

The guy does it out of his house, but I'd compare his work with ANY shop. Period.

http://www.unknowncoatings.com/

All the local VW, Honda, Scion, Nissan, etc get parts coated from him. Great work and an even better price.

Very nice, as far as powdercoating just the lip, I hear that it shouldn't be done because it may start chipping, then again I am no expert.

If you have an extra oven laying around that will hold a wheel! Under 200.00 for all four done is pretty cheap
