Default The right Spacer

So Im getting some 16x7's pretty cheap to replace my lame steelies and I wanted the rear to be as flush as the front. They have a 40 offset and Im looking to add spacers in the rear. Should I get a 5mm or 10mm? I also understand that the axle is offset some? So what should I do? I want that flushness lol.

I think to match the front, you'd want a 10mm on the driver's side and a 15mm on the passenger side (I hope I don't have that mixed up). I have 15mm on both sides. Yes, the axle is offset somewhat

That will match the front but won't get you total flushness with 7" wheels and a 40 offset. Hope that helps.

Just go with 15mm on both sides, like rockthebeef. Since the +40 offset won't be perfectly flush with the fenders anyway, most people will never notice the fact that the rear axle is slightly offset the way he noted above (you got it right).

Thanks peeps! Its ok that it wont be completely flush but Id like for the rears to sit about as close to the fenders as the fronts do. Preciate it!!!
