Default skyline GTS-T wheels on the box

i bought these off a friend for 200 with some really sticky tires on them.

16x6.5 et 40(?) with 205/55 potenza re01 in the front and re711 in the back. the only problem is that the center hub of the GTS-T wheels are 66mm and i get ridiculous wobble past 60. my friend said it was like a massage chair in the back seat.

anyone know a good source for some hubcentric rings?

Here's wek'sos industries, but I didn't see hub centric rings on their site. Try calling, since they're local for you.

nice find, but the wheels look a bit out of place on the xb2 ... like the car is supersized ... just my opinion.

Possible source for hubcentric rings: Discount Tires--either local store OR Direct online . . .

the back is up cause i just took the wheels off to measure the hub bore. when it settles and is on level ground its quite nice with the DFs.

i couldnt find anything on the weksos site so i might give them a call today. i ordered a set of plastic rings on ebay and i hope they will be fine....

stop making fun of my rake...

weksos dont sell rings... i went to THE SHOP and Foreign Auto Tech and they both dont have any...

FAT told me that it could be a balance issue. so i am heading over to another shop and get them to balance them for me and wait for the rings to come..

If you're still looking for rings, go here:
1010tires
I got mine from here

And I dig the wheels, people say 16's and 17's are to small, but whatever do what makes you happy and what you like.

the inside diameter is the hub bore of the car. i figured that out in a thread in this section. the outside diameter is the hub bore of the wheel or in this case the bore of a skyline gts-t.

i went down to ASP and they opened my eyes to a lot of variables... fyi for everyone considering playing with OEM crossover

it is a possibility that the wheel lugs of the GTS-T is not tapered. that could be fixed with the rings and different lugs.
one wheel could be bent and that is an incurable problem...
or my friend is a retard and never balanced the wheels.

The retard issue will be the easiest to solve, but not necessarily the problem.
Regardless, I would get the proper hub centering rings, you can never go wrong starting there.

update:
i went to ASP and they balanced the wheels and still the box is a massage chair. the rings arrive friday and i hope it will cure my problems...

side note:
drew from ASP called up some guys over at DC Sports. apparently DC is being bought out from AEM to another party and are in the midst of restructuring. they did tell me that DC is aware the xB2 exists and after the dust settles they will jump right on it.
