The reason nobody has tC wheels on a 2nd-Gen xB is that it just plain shouldn't be done.
It's that simple... you can stop your internal dialogue now, you're wrong, get over it.

The solution is to sell the tC wheels to somebody else, and buy some wheels that have the correct lug pattern.

I've got a really simple solution.... buy new wheels

It's not worth the work and money it would cost you to make the wheels fit the car or the car fit the wheels. It can be done, but you'd have to be the most ignorant person in the world to try.
