I am getting the r1 drift 18 x 8 (1.7 lip) with 225/40/18 all four wheels. I tried the 3.25 lip. it didnt fit. so i have no other choices !

What do you guys think ???? i need to get back to the shop within 1 hour -_-

 

is it really necessary to rush into buying some rims? there will always be rims for sale, why rush with something you might not like or won't fit?

 

I think you should wait. Don't rush it you might not like it or wont fit like draxcaliber said.

 

well, the guy said the they only have one set in stock. everywhere in la dont have it. if i dont want it, some one will take it for sure.

i really like those wheels. but only 1.7 lip might be too little cuz everyone is having like 3" lip wheels ! what do you think ?

You've been talking about these wheels for a while so you must like them... If you like them, buy them, and be happy you got 'em!
Personally, since you're asking for opinions, I don't like HUGE lips on wheels. I think they look disproportionate and goofy. 1.7" should be fine w/o going over the top, as long as the offset works with the xB.

 

big lips look nice if done w/ wheels perfectly flush, If you're doing it just to have the lip and figureing it'll look good just having lip, i would rethink it. Just do the 1.7's like CIONIDE said because you like those wheels, these are for your car right, do whats right for YOU
