weight of stock wheels?
At first I thought that maybe the wheels were like 15-20 lbs, but then I got to thinking and I might have had that confused with how much shipping for them would be.
. So I started looking it up...
Took a while, but I found a few numbers. (Wheel and tire)
Original steelies are said to be about 37 lbs.
Alloys are said to be about 23 lbs.
These numbers can be wrong, but those are the most common numbers I have found. I'll keep looking for you and if I find anything, I'll post it up.

Well not sure if these r forged but I was thinking of the gram lights 57 optimize in 18's, those weigh 19"lbs, does the stock rims really weight 22 lbs? So the size of the rims r 18's n weighs less than stock, it won't take that much energy to spin those correct? Thanx guys

i weighed my stock steelies with my 205-55-16 bridgestone el400 tire and it weighs 40lbs together. i got me 18s recently and wheel/tire combo is 50 lbs, im trying to sell my rims, i wanna get something lighter. i got 18 inch five axis s6f's 3 weeks old if anyone is interested.
I just cleaned my 16" Scion alloys so I can sell 'em and I weighed them while in the process. With the center cap on they are 19lb each. That's a little more than I thought. I have no idea how acccurate my bathroom scale is but I got the same results from each wheel, subtracting my weight from the wheel + myself. On this same scale, my 17" Rims are 20lb each. I never weighed the steelies.
