Default What modifications needed to make it work/

got my eyes on a set of rims and the specs are as follow:

18x9 F +25mm/2.75" lip
18x10.5 R +20mm/4.25" lip

just wondering how much work would be needed to make it all work on a B lowered on Sportlines.... (this is a long term project tho)

also if I can pull this off what would be ideal tire sizes....

215/40R18's and 235/35R18's and fenders rolled and pulled... a lot.

Also driving incredibly carefully.

allot of rolling and pulling huh....wondering if I should just do 9 all around unfortunately 18x9 is the smallest width they have....the rims are nothing special they are the XXR 526 they are a new model for 2011 and 4 rims shipped come out to under $1k then of course the majority of the set up will be spent on tires lol...

Look at that lip!! lol

I know they are not gold and dont go with my theme but hoping the custom gold rotors and custom painted calipers will contrast nice against the black rims...also a set of nice gold lugs...lol

thanks for all the input ya!

In all honesty, I don't think it's worth the work to have a flush/poke setup if you're not going to be low.
So keep it relatively conservative.

have you looked into the xxr 006, they're similar in style and have more width choices. granted the lips aren't as big as the 526 but they have some with 3.75 inch lips.

Ok thanks I appreciate that very much....but when you say low...how low we talking? coilover and air low? I would love to do that but tbh 1-I dont have the finances to install that and 2-my roads here are horrid...I found a rolling shot of my car on the highway and this is on 18"s with the Eibach sportlines, its a decent drop and I am on a 40 serious tire...wheel gap is not huge only thing I got tuckage in the rear..lol so my question is, when you say conservative would a 9" all around on +35mm be better it will still have the 2.75 lip...would that be best for me? i say 9 because this is the minimal width it comes in...

here is the pic of my drop

I'm not sure what you were looking at, but the 006's come in 17", 18", 19" and 20" sizes:

yes you are right sorry about that I confused the 006 with the 002 which I am used to seeing them in nothing bigger than 16 that I automatically went to 16...I stand corrected! sorry about that

ok so now that I look at the 006 thanks for the help both to Cionide and Flyingemu...guessing the 18x8.5 +35mm with the 3.25 lip would be the way to go? yeah I want a deep look sorry

That should work fine, but definitely don't go any bigger than 225/40 on the tires.

If you plan on throwing spacers on the rear so they match the fronts for flushness, then go with 10mm spacers and drop the tire size down to 215/40. I don't think you'd rub, but worst case would be a mild fender roll.

you might have to do some cutting on your bumper tabs after you roll/pull the fenders a bit...youll definitely need some camber to fit them though...
