On the scion website i was looking at the modified xb pictures they have. There is the first pic that the xb is black and white, with red accents. The rims are black with red trim. I know its kinda long but if anyone knows what they are that would be great

 

I believe the wheels are photoshopped, because they have a 4-bolt pattern in the picture, and the xB2 really has a 5-bolt pattern.

From a style standpoint, they look like Volk Racing TE37 wheels that have been powder coated.

 

those are Volk Racing TE-37's.

They look to be the Seibon Edition wheels.

Very similar to the time attack style.
