Default Will they fit?

I have a buddy who has a set of 18x8 wheels with a +30 offset that hes trying to get rid of.

I can pick them up for cheap but need to know if the offset is going to cause problems. I plan on running a 235/35/18 tire on them if that makes a difference..

any help would be appreciated. If an 18x8 with +30 has been done, i would love to see it!

8" wide +30's can be done, but probably shouldn't. They will stick out past the front fenders, and 235/35-18 won't work well either. 235/35 is almost 1/2" smaller diameter than stock, and the 235 width will give you fender rubbing issues since you'd be sticking out past the fenders. You might be able to get away with stretched 205/45-18 or 215/40-18 tires, but I'd just stay away altogether. No matter how inexpensive wheels are, they just look goofy if they don't fit properly.

To sum up; not a good idea, I don't recommend it.
