Wire Wheels for my Rumion..
#29
It has been custom painted in dupont gold dust brown with purple effect and bentley's beige at the bottom. My intention is to make it look delicious! Like a giant slice of chocolate cake with hazel cream. Yummy!!!!!

17x8 is not too big for a wire wheel in general; it's just that the energy required to get any wheel that heavy into rotation is greater than a 1.5L 110hp engine is efficiently designed for when also taking into consideration all the other daily driving requirements and parameters.
I think tiny little 15" wheels would look silly on a Rumion/xB. I'm not even sure if a 15" wheel will clear the brake calipers. If you do decide to get 15" wheels, I strongly suggest that you test fit them before buying. That way you can avoid a 2nd set of wheels that don't properly meet your needs.
BTW, all weight problems aside, you must have one of the best looking classic old school style Rumions in Singapore. I wish the wheels were lighter for you. How much do the 15" wheels weigh?

Those wheels are pimping, for sure. Nevermind the weight I say, you gotta pay to play!
