Anybody added lights of there own? How do I remove the blanking plates-from the front or the back? Is there anything hard to mount to back there?

 

IMO the Toyota OE kit is stupid easy to install but since production discontinued a while ago they are getting hard to find. The OE pieces I think just pop out with clips if I remember correctly and then you just use them as a mount for the light.
