Need Bumper for 2008 xD
Long story short, I went to leave on my lunch break yesterday and I wasn't even out of my parking spot yet, when a Jaguar parked across the street flew out of his spot and hit my bumper. It cracked just above my crash bar, but luckily didn't hit any of my quarter panel or break my reflector. So I did get lucky! haha!
Anyway, looking for anyone who maybe got a body kit or something and had a spare xD bumper they're willing to part with. Preferably BSP so I don't have to get it repainted.
Thanks!
*Note: it doesn't look this bad now, since we were able to pop out the majority of the dent. There's still one in permanently about the size of a softball. LAME!!!

They come unpainted from the dealership.
I actually priced them yesterday. I'm just hoping to get one a little cheaper and give someone a chance to make some money. I'd like to check all my options.
Yeah, it's super unfortunate. Dumb Jaguar!

Yeah I already popped the dent out. I mean, it's still driveable, and since it's not quite show season for us in Iowa yet, it won't be an issue until May, but I still want to get it done to allow for ship/paint time.
Thanks for the e-bay photos.
I'm actually primarily looking for one pulled straight off an xD as opposed to buying something from a body shop or e-Bay (makes me a little nervous).
If I can't find one for a decent price, then I'll just buy one from the dealership since I can get it for cheap. But I wanted to try this route first to give someone a little extra money in their pocket.

I haven't gotten anything yet. I haven't had $250 laying around to get a new one and get it painted. I'm saving money because I have to drop a lot of money to file a judgement against my ex-roommate. Grrr!
Hopefully I can get one from superstar for decent price!

I had a similar incident with my near new 2009 red xD in December in Duluth, MN. I backed into my nephew's SUV at my brother-in-law's house. It was under a snow drift and I just missed seeing it. We hit rear bumper corners very slow. My left rear corner was pushed in in a similar way and it somehow missed all the lights. Problem was the forward wraparound was sticking out in the breeze. Temperature was about 10 below so forget about popping it out. I got a cheap radiant heater. Stuck it inside the bumper corner and everything popped back into place once it got to about 120. I still have two small cracks but I can live with it until 2009 xD bumpers show up in the scrap market.
