Default 2009 xD Manual transmission reliability

How reliable are the manual transmissions on the 2009 generation xD? I have seen a few posts where the clutch pate needed replacing around 100-125k miles. Is long life common or rare with these manual transmission?
By long life, I'm looking for at least 150k miles without any major issues.

What is expected life of engine and trans in these cars - given good maintenance? Any common issues which could be big repairs down the road?

thx much!

Possibly not too helpful and anecdotal, but I had to replace the manual transmission on my 2008 Scion XD April 2022. Not happy with the expensive repair on what is a Toyota engine, and the transmissions are difficult to find
Cheaper than getting a new car, but since the repair, the brake calipers needed replacement and now the cat is leaking. Hope this helps somewhat!

This is exactly why I am here. The transmission on a clients 13 xd 5 speed manual, na. has a very difficult shift push into 1st and second. no burning clutch smell. 104,000 miles. 3,4 and 5 all shift normally. You can push through the difficulty and it does engage and function, same as second. A trans shop she used before told her her trans is shot and needs a new one. We dont have big dollars. They wanted nearly 5 grand to replace it. I can do it. Famous last words. I can not find squat for this transmission. From what research I have been successful with, this shares a 5 speed trans with a yaris from this generation. Without numbers or talking to a "Scion" person, I feel I am in unfamiliar territory. I need help. I do have her in a volvo, but she really REALLY wants her scion back. Listen folks. I need help here. seriously. Either a line on a rebuilt/used trans for it, a knowledgeable repair process or is she just in bad shape. she really loves this car. We need help. I can do the work. Ive been turning wrenches for nearly 15 years. I think ive done maybe an oil change on a scion. ever. in the end, its all nuts and bolts, but i feel like i am looking for the unicorn here. Any help would dbe appreciated. Look. I am serious. if I have to drive for hours to pick one up, I'm driving. Its that important to her. thank you in advance.

I think mine is around 169k miles, and I haven't had anything with the manual transmission replaced, not even clutch related. No idea how typical this is.
