Default cai vs. bumper

Iv got a dc sports cai and after I installed it I noticed that I can't clip the bumper in next the headlight cause its hitting the filter. I tried sanding the inside of the bumper but it still isn't fitting right. Anyone have this problem or have any suggestions?

Hard to explain, but the mounting bracket on the CAI that attaches to the frame can't be installed all the way in the slot, loosen the nut, wiggle the CAI rearward a little, but not so far that the nut has no contact with the braket. Then tighten the bolt. Also make sure your cone filter is fully installed all the way on the tube. Hope this helps. Its a tight fit when done right.

FINALLY! took awhile but i finally fixed it lol. i was able to squeeze the filter a few cm on the intake then loosened the nut on the bracket and angled it just enough for the bumper to clip back into place!

Hi everyone, I'm new to the DIY stuff, a noob I was wondering if anyone knows of any DIY online or pictures that accompany how to take off the xD front bumper? I tried many times with all the plastic clips and have had no luck. Any help would be much appreciated!
