I'm hoping to sell my '74 vw beetle conv. project soon and will be buying an exhaust and some other things for my xD. I've been leaning towards the trd cause I want something that sounds good and not like every teen owned honda on the road. I don't want it real loud, but I do want it loud enough so you know it's not stock. Any opions on exhaust?

 

Got TRD with about 2k miles on it for $250.

zoltiz, what are you switching to if you're selling the TRD exhaust?

blkvulcan: I know Tanabe has two for the xD but have yet to hear what they sound like. On their website they do have audio clips of what particular cars and engines sound like with the exhausts. The 1.8L engine clip, I think a Celica, sounds really good but its hard to judge. Waiting for them to get back to me about the blue xD that got to keep an exhaust.

Thanks Chels. It's hard to tell how loud exhaust is b video or audio clips. I obsessed about exhaust for my f150 v8 too and it's easy to make a v8 sound good.

 

Chels, I'm just selling it. My Elise is plenty loud, so when I get in the xD I don't want to hear it at all
