Cool. I won't be able to get mine on until next week at this point lol. A few hp, a

few lbs of torque and a cool sound. Thats a plan. Can you access the filter to service it?

Looks good, enjoy it. Oh and watch out about that getting busted part.

Practice ducking!

I had my headlight out and was painting it when I put the filter in so I haven't tried to fit the filter under the headlight but I think it is doable. Might have to remove the intake and pull it out to change the filter but it is easy to do.

Filter is a washable filter. Just wash rinse, dry and reinstall. As far as I can tell no oil.

notice any better gas mileage?
I've heard intakes can give you better gas mileage.

I am thinking there is a going to be a significant increase in the mileage. But I will have to report back I just filled up and I am going to keep my foot out of it for this tank and will report back. My avg mpg on the computer did go up but it is not always right.

I got my F5 CAI on yestaerday.

Cool unit. Nice fit and there is more room under the hood now.

I have the trd exhaust and I notice the intake sound only when I

go above 3800 rpms

Since I'm in sippin mode I bet it will increase milage.

I also had that mid section of pipe from the resonator back to the TRD muffler

changed out to 2.25" so now it is uniform size all the way back.

Nice mellow low note but will deep breathe if needed, I likey!

Just got back from a long trip over the weekend on the highway with a loaded car, two adults and two grand kids I was able to milk out 37.4 MPG, driving 75.

My last trip to Vegas with stock tires and stock intake I was getting 36, with about the same load.

Think about getting one? This install was simple. It came with a nice step by step instruction sheet with pictures. A couple of house clamps, A couple of bolts the O2sensor.

my order is STILL in processing status from fujitaonline.com!! this is BS. apparently there was a manufacturer defect in the last batch they received, and they dont know how long it will be until they get the next batch. usmc, did you have any problems getting yours?

I pre- ordered mine so it took like 3 weeks for delivery.

Yeap waiting is a _____ but On the bright side, they are been responsible and holding a faulty batch of intakes. This shows the have quality control in place.

You won't be dissapointed.

This is my first fujita intake and I was impressed with the quality, finish and presentation of the kit.

well it would have been nice for them to have updated their site to say "back ordered" instead of "ships in 1-2 days"

ridiculous... i probably wouldnt have ordered if this was the case. but, ive already waited 6 days, so i might as well tough it out, lol.

edit: NOW it says backordered... lol

coloskydiver, have you called or been able to find out when they will be getting more from the manufacturer? they keep telling me they will call right back with an answer, and as always, nothing.

and why is this intake listed on fujitaonline.com, but not on fujitas website?

^^ I noticed that too that Fujita's site didn't have the part listed but the online store does. Kinda fishy imho.
