Default Maintenance question

My 2008 Xd with 55k is driving well. Toyota has suggested a brake line flush and a fuel system flush. Is this something I should have done or is it just a money maker for the service department? I'm happy to do it if someone trustworthy can tell me it's value. Thank you!

are you noticing spongy brake feel or any other issues with the braking performance not related to the pads?
any rough/stuttering with running or getting on the gas/starting?

if not, then there is probably nothing wrong with your brake fluid or fuel system.

55k does seem pretty early for any of those things IMO, but your car is over 7yrs and at 55k, not used a lot, so that may be why they are suggesting it.

again though if you aren't having any problems with it at this point, then you should be fine.
