Not as horrible as I feared.

Took less than 10 minutes to install and the sound (at least while parked) is very bearable. Videos are being uploaded, and I'm going to check it on the road as soon as my lawn boy is done with getting the grass clippings off the driveway.

That's our stock muffler?! I just threw up in my mouth! Oh geez had I known that I would have ordered the TRD muffler when I bought the car

just the thought of that thing down there makes me want to cry

 

OEM muffler is just fine for its purpose. Makes the car near silent, does not weigh much and is made of stainless steel (I think). And having TRD will not give any "performance" gains to speak of. It's a cool shiny noisemaker.

Thats a good friggin' deal. How easy/hard was it to install? I might save up and get me one of thems for my bday in December.. haha. I love giving myself gifts. :D

 

14mm socket and about 8 minutes under the car - so very easy. My xD is lowered on TRD springs and I still fit under there without jacking it up. Rubber exhaust hangers were much easier to deal with than on any car I played with before.

 

I'm extemely shocked i'm getting one for my xb but dang, that sounds really really good. Blew my freaking mind dude. TRD makes awesome mufflers for our cars.

Dude that dragon run looks SOOOO fun. I love runs like that. Wish they had something like that near me. Be a lot more fun if there was a shoulder u could go onto at all times just in case u take something too wide.
