Has anyone bugged Dezod or PT tunning about taking a look at the xD?

They probably look down at us but I would buy a kit from any of them in a heartbeat! And I know a few other would also...

turbo-kits.com

You can order a manifold from a 1ZZ celica kit... i think the price is between 4 and 500.

It will bolt up to the block, but thats as much as I know

It will bolt onto the block, the rest is up to us or a shop. Its possible. If it doesn't get done this year, I will make sure it gets done by next season assuming all goes according to plan

CXR already has a cast manifold for your engine. You guys really should talk to Kevin about making a kit for you.

Thats actually not for our cars, our block is the 2ZR-FE

Are you having any issues with your kit at all?

What turbo are you using?

My bad. I didn't know there were so many 1.8L variants.

The only issues I'm having are due to 20% larger injectors, lack of EM and are fairly minor. The car runs great with ~6psi but the ecu fueling is not ideal. Too lean (14.7:1) in closed loop, hesitates a bit during CL to OL transition, starts out a bit rich (10:1) in open loop and ends up at 11.5:1 @6psi. Boomslang should have a XB-FIC PnP harness available very soon and I'm just waiting on that.

Having read a lot of threads about various turbo kits for the TC and XB, the CXR kit was a very easy install by comparison to most. The only fitment issue was the MAF mount which took me about an hour to correct.

I'm still running the Chinese T3/T4 that CXR included. It's a 50 trim 60/63AR with adjustable internal WG, 3" inlet, 2" outlet and 2.5" V-band exhaust. No problems so far but I've only got about 2000 miles on it.
