i just installed a new deck in my car and i was wonderin if this has happened to anyone else. my dash piece around my cd player like bows out now. it will connect to the dash, but it doesn't sit totally flush with it like it used to. does anyone else have this problem? and how can i fix it?

 

It happens when after a few times you disassemble your dash. Basically the tabs are "loose" and they are not hanging on that well. What I did was heated up the tabs a little bit and bent them just enough for the tabs to have a good grip.

 

i dont think its that cause it will hold well at the top or bottom but it doesnt hold on both. there is somethin putting pressuer on it causing it to push out and idk what it is. :/
