When the mode selector is on floor we still get a lot of warm air flow out of the face level vents on left and right side of panel. Not much out of the center. All the modes work fine - the airflow goes where the **** directs it - just seems like too much out of the round vents when in the floor position. 2014 XD with 7K miles bought at 5K. Thanks

 

Yes, I have noticed this also. I can take a look at the switch mechanism. My guess is that it block's of the top vent's- mostly- but not all the way. So your still going to get a little bit of air flow going to the top.

The size of the circle "O" indicates the proportion of airflow volume.
