no not stiff, thats not what im getting at. the seat covers you posted look like they're too tight, and the original seat fabric should have been removed before those were installed.

thats what im getting at. they kind of have a balloon effect to them.

They are tight...they're supposed to be tight. Every car I've gotten into, has had tight fabric on the seats (aside from a Geo Metro, which actually looks just like the seats show in the OP). I know what you mean though, they do look fat, but after a while, the leather gets some wear and wrinkles, and it looks normal.

I feel no difference thru my pants. They both offer the same slide and the same burn when hot.

lmfao.

Carbon's seats do look a tad tight, but the quality on those are sooooo nice! That is the exact setup I'm going to get with my covers I'd rather have them be too tight knowing they will loosen up down the road than them being too loose in the beginning and never tighten up.

That last bit sounds so dirty

Are we still talking about seat covers?

Not yet... if you check the ICE board, there's a whole thread of people waiting for the good one to get released.

Honestly, all that matters with the covers is that you are happy with them. It may be that the pictures are unflattering.

you may be able to contact Katzkin. they're one of the most reputable seating manufacturers out there. I have their leather kit in my xb. The best fit around. The problem with the seats in the XD and the 08xb, is that the fabric is glued to the foam, not a "slip cover" like the first gen scions.

unless you're happy...

return those, save up, go to a leather specialist, probably $1000-1200 for single tone. i got heat, two tone, and stitching for $1629, but a grand of it was free cuz i'm lucky.[/img]

xDeals - you won it, good for you. Enjoy it !!! Don't suggest for somebody to save up and shell out almost 2 grand for the leather seats on xD )))

I think it's simply stupid to drop $1600 on a leather seats for the econo-box, sorry. Even a VERY NICE econo-box we all love so much.
You can built a decent sound system for this amount or get a VERY nice set of rims/tires or a nice lip kit ... And if you do all of the above and more, consider this: after you spend $10K+ on a $18K+ car ... for around $30K you could be simply driving a Lexus IS250 ... with the factory leather and everything else )))

I think Clazzio is the best quality product for the money. It's still not cheap, but somewhat reasonable... (I don't sell them )))

Just my opinion, no offence to anybody !
