Passenger cup holder

Is there a way to get it out so I can clean it? Someone spilled some crap in it and now it sticks and comes out very slowly. I haven't even tried to take it out so it might be really simple.

well, the holder itself is part of your center console, the lower end. if you're just talking about that little tab thing, it just pops out.

Ah sorry, I mean the one that is in the dash just below the air vent.
