I have this navigation in my car, and im not sure theres a way to get this done. There are no extra ports in the back of the navigation to get the adapter piece connected.

It's do-able, I haven't done it yet since I don't have the money to get the adapter.

You will need an adapter, which is PAC SWI-PS, runs for about $50. I have heard that there IS lag with this adapter when using the buttons on the steering wheel. I have no issue with reaching over and using my hand to change volume, mode, etc.

Also, does anyone know will the original ipod and AUX that came with the car will work with the AVIC-f700BT? or do I have to get the extra pioneer ipod cable for this F700BT? thanks.

You will have to get the Pioneer cable for the iPod. The stock cable and plug will NOT work anymore after installing the F700BT.

If you're able, look around for B&M (Brick and Mortar) stores that are selling the unit with the cable, then go to BestBuy and have them price match it and get the cable thrown in. Thats what I did
