Default Scion XD Light Kit?

Hey,

Seeing as i dont really want to pay 299$ for some Leds i found a listing on Ebay that says its the same thing.

Any ideas?

Interior Light Kit -Ebay

Also if anyone has it how hard would it be to install?

And the Spoiler for 100$ + Cheaper . I saw even cheaper ones but they are remakes that are Factory Style so not to sure about them.

Spoiler Link

Or does anyone have their own Spoiler bought Aftermarket that they mind showing me where they got it from

Thanks

most the people who bought an aftermarket spoiler did get the ebay one, I bought mine from the dealership. Apparently the only difference is the aftermarket ebay one can only line up with 3 of the 4 holes that are back there...

I got lucky with my xA an scored a Toyota spoiler for $80 new. Sometimes you can get great deals on ebay as for the aftermarket spoilers Ive seen a few of them on cars an you cant tell the difference

i bought some blue 5mm led lights 50 of them for like $10 and then the led flush holders for $5, really cheap and looks good. the only draw back is your imagination. all you need is a 1/4 in drill bit and some time. if you know how to wire things you are set. now the hard part getting a power wire of course you have remove the dash for that. if you need any more help on led placement and wireing i can write something up to post.

I'd be curious as to where you powered them up, what kind of resisters (if any) you needed, etc.

Default Pictures?

I would love to see some of the other peoples pictures of their wonderful light kits. A BIG thing I am interested in is also the button? Where would you put it. I have been looking all over for a button to put in the place under the hand brake (next to VSC) but cannot find anything...found this, http://www.oznium.com/gsw-45 and it looks great, but unfortunately does not fit XD according to website. :-(

www.LEDGlow.com & www.oznium.com are where I went to.

The Scion brand light kit is kind of cool since it has the oem switches and multi-color, but it only has the 2 under-dash lights and 2 cupholder lights.

I've got 2 under-dash lights, 2 rear under-seat lights, 2 superflux leds in the cupholders and 2 superflux leds in the cubby hole in front of the cupholders.

All said and done this cost me about 80 bucks. Whole lot better than $299

So...I would still like to see some pictures of how your lights came out. And would really like to know where to find a switch for the scion XD. The one at oznium is not compatable according to their website.

Can't believe no one mentioned the innovator of the cold cathode kits himself, randode.com...He is the one to go with...His kits come plug and play and are bright as hell...So anyone looking for a great quality interior light kit, look no further than randode.com

I wouldnt recommend LEDglow.com as I got my light kit from them. Seven color underbody and interior. The installation instructions were missing a chunk of info. Then the underbody tubes started to die out after a few weeks. The blue and the green LED's are pretty much gone with just red left. Their customer service sent me out replacment tubes at no cost to me pretty quickly and easily but I havent installed them yet. Going to wait for spring.
