Been doing some research for the past few weeks, picking subs, amps, etc. finally figured out what i wanted, and i decided to build my own box... I make ukulele for a living, so i pretty much did everything in a couple nights after work. its nice having access to a competent woodshop...

anyway, i didnt take any pics of the build, it was just me, but heres some pics before i put on the carpet... subs arent installed yet, still waiting on shipping...

this is the box for the most part, simple and clean... The baffle was the hard part, i used the existing foam box to trace out the profile so it looks flush like the old box:

DONE!!! except for carpet...
not bad for my first box build.

 

oh, and im gonna run 2 Image Dynamics ID8 V3 subs, and a Massive Audio N2 800w amp.
