Default Subs in rear doors

Looking to upgarde the sound system. Found a pair of 6.5 subs for the rear doors. Either kicker or JL. They will be driven. Upgraded Pioneer unit in vechicle, have not chosen an amp yet.

I am wondering if anyone has used factory locations and if the locations would be effective.

Trying to keep the car as un-noticeable as possible.

Thoughts would help

i would assume that it wouldnt be a bad idea to put some small subs in the rear doors as long as you arnt looking for anything loud. if you throw to much base in the doors i think you would get alot of vibration.

also i would go with the JL stuff. kicker is great and loud but JL seems to have a better sound.

make sure that they are long-throw speakers or else you're not gonna get good response. I think I know what you're looking at and if I remember right they are just mid-range woofers so nothing really below 100hz
