Anybody feel like the AC doesn't cool fast enough or it feels like it too week? I'm personally thinking about adding some Subzero r 134, but you think it might harm the system?

My A/C is ice cold, sometimes I have to turn the heat up so it isn't too cold. My tC A/C was terrible, so I'm very pleased with the xD system. I would have it checked by your dealer if it isn't cold enough.

 

Mine seems pretty good and we have already broken 100 this year. Seems to blow plenty cold.

 

The A/C worked pretty well for me when I drove the xD-- especially compared to my tC- I don't know what it is about the tC, maybe the location of the vents or something, I just can't feel the air coming on strong enough...maybe it's because I am short haha

 

Mine works great here in TX. The best A/C system I have ever had. Get yours checked.

 

My A/C works just fine. Actually I love how fast it gets cold in my car What I do is roll all my windows down and put the fan on 2 to get all the hot air out, turn on the A/C and close the windows. As soon as I feel cold air I put on recirculate, then it gets even colder! :O

I have to agree with DXNOICS on getting yours checked.

 

The AC in my xD is probably the best I've ever had. My wife's Vibe has always taken a while to cool down, and I assumed it was just the large volume of air inside compared to a sedan. But it's since gotten even worse, and the xD interior volume isn't that much smaller and yet cools very quickly, so I think there's a leak in the Vibe's system.
Anyway, if your xD isn't cooling well, I'd get it checked out - still under warranty, I assume?
