Well, there's a company producing a header for the 10th generation Corolla, and they're doing a group buy on the Toyota Nation Forum. I've already put money down on the header, and got to thinking about it. I know the exhaust manifold part number is the same between the 10th generation Corolla and the Scion XD, but being that these have been designed on the Corolla I have a concern that this may not fit perfect for the XD.

Here's the address for the place making these. If you're also thinking about picking this long tube header, and live close to this company, run by and check it out to see if these can fit with no problem. I'm pretty sure they will, but would like to be more confident.

Yeah, I'm gonna put a header on my XD as soon as I finish installing the racing stripes.

from my research, the xD and yaris exhaust points are the same as there is the TS with teh same 1.8L in europe...

 

Just had mine istalled, and it fits fine. The header is longer than stock so you'll need a new mid pipe, the guys from rpm are designing one for the XD now. I had my mid pipe made at a midas, and am not satisfied with the quality. So I'll probably be looking at picking up the mid pipe from rpm as well. The corolla and the XD header is the same manufacturer part number.
