Default Electronic Throttle Controller!

I received and installed my Free Power Electronic Throttle Controller which I purchased here : http://twptrade.com/autoparts/ with the model specific harness 2a for my xD. I hadn't see a review on the forums so I thought I'd provide some info.
TLDR version: Very happy with purchase worth the money.

Basically it give you the ability to modulate the responsiveness of your throttle. There are 3 modes economy(7 levels), normal, sport(9 levels). I bought it for sport mode of course In sport mode the throttle response is very fast! Level 9 is just crazy. It removes the annoying lag between putting your foot down and waiting for the throttle to actually open fully. Economy makes the throttle very slow to open up in comparision to how far you depress the pedal so you can modulate your speed very precisely. I didn't spend much time with that though, sport was just to fun!
Obviously, you don't get any extra hp from this mod but it felt faster off the line for me.

It took about 15min to install and tuck all the wiring away nicely. It plugs into the OBDll port and into the wiring on the gas pedal. You have to undo 2 screws and a clip to remove the plastic cover hiding the wiring on the gas pedal. No engine warning lights came on.

I spent a hour or so zooming around and it was incredibly fun to fool around with the different settings it deffinatly made it feel faster!
If anyone would like to know more I will try to answer any of your questions, but I highly recommended you check this product out, it is FUN!

Sorry I don't have pictures

Pretty much, all it does is change how the throttle responds. Their is no actual gain in performance though.

I'm boosted so anything that will shorten my throttle response without screwing up my ride is a plus. Whats the link to this product?

yeah there is no added performance with this product all it does is lets says when you push your pedal 10% the way down, normally it'll open the throttle body 10% well lets say you have this set on SP3 then maybe it'll open your throttle body 15% and so forth so basically you are just accelerating faster making it feel like more power but at WOT its the same

I still enjoy mine, glad I got it. The economy settings may help you save gas though?

Yea i had this on my tc before i totaled it. I used the eco mode when i was low on gas if you have a heavy foot and floor it or press hard on the pedal the eco mode will kinda slow that down. If you press it 50% of the way itll be like 25% on a certain mode. I liked it

It won't if you take it out before you bring it to the dealer.
